Subscription FAQ

Subscription candles ship on the 1st of every month. If you subscribe after the 1st, your first candle will ship on the 1st of the following month.

The Compound of the Month is curated by our team, so each month is a surprise. That said, you can set state preferences (rest, focus, energy, or ground) in your account and we'll match accordingly.

Every subscription includes our Standard 8 oz candle (40-50 hour burn time). Occasionally, we include bonus travel sizes or samples.

Absolutely. You can skip or pause your subscription anytime from your account. Just make sure to update before the 25th of the month to skip the next shipment.

Yes! Gift subscriptions are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month options. The recipient will receive a digital gift card on the date you choose, and their first candle ships the following 1st.

You can cancel anytime from your account — no phone calls, no hoops. If you cancel before the 25th, you won't be charged for the next month. Any candles already shipped are yours to keep.
